Virgin Active is seeking 3 Member Journey Hosts to join our Acquisitions team in London. You will be the welcoming heartbeat of the club, forging meaningful connections with members and guiding them through our wellness experience.
This full-time role (40 hours per week) focuses on engagement, personalised outreach, and exceptional service. You will support daily club readiness, celebrate member milestones, and act as a concierge linking members to classes, PTs and events.
