We are looking for three Product Designers to join our Digital & Tech Transformation department.
There are three open roles requiring the following specialisms:
- Conversational design skills
- Data-visualisation design skills
- Complex booking design skills
These roles report directly to the Group Head of Digital Design, who reports directly to the Chief Digital & Technology Officer. The team operates like a start up, with close collaboration between design, product, and engineering. Together, the team aims to meaningfully blend the member experience across digital and physical touchpoints.
These roles are 100% hands-on and mobile-focused. Candidates are expected to apply human-centred problem-solving and demonstrate senior-level proficiency across the end-to-end product design process. The team includes research capability that these roles can leverage, without being required to actively perform research activities.
These are hybrid roles requiring three days per week in our office in London, EC4V 2AR.
Experience Required
- Strong experience designing consumer digital products and delivering impact in live environments.
- A portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, end-to-end journeys and behaviourally informed design.
- High capability in interaction design, visual craft and systems thinking, with strong attention to detail.
- Confidence using research insights and behavioural data to shape design decisions.
- High proficiency with Figma and modern design tools.
- Ability to create clarity, frame problems and drive alignment across cross-functional partners.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain rationale, priorities and trade-offs clearly.
- A mindset focused on behaviour change, quality craft, continuous learning and raising the bar.
