The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations of the Club. This includes ensuring the Team and colleagues adhere to the highest Health & Safety Standards, Brand Standards & Cleanliness in line with the Brand expectations. The role involves collaborating with the H&S Advisor and the General Manager to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations and updates.
Key responsibilities include:
- Being proactive in seeking operational interventions to ensure compliance and improve the club’s cleanliness, brand standards and safety levels.
- Supervising and scheduling the activities of the team ensuring Full Time Equivalent and payroll costs are controlled within budget.
- Championing growth and development of yourself and your team, setting clear objectives, expectations and monitoring the team performance throughout the year.
- Fulfilling Duty Shifts when required, therefore having responsibility and accountability during the shift, controlling staffing and facility issues throughout the club.
Experience in operations management or a related field is required.
