ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following but are not limited to:
- Enthusiastic, dedicated, and driven individuals to ensure customer excellence through good service.
- Good ability to carry out instructions from management.
- Ensure all food safety controls are maintained and checklists.
- Prepare orders for smoothies and juices, coffee and food.
- A customer-oriented positive attitude; good customer service is essential.
- Work timeously in various positions.
- Assist management and other crew members in working together as a team.
- Ensure high personal hygiene standards are followed at all times.
- Practise “Clean as You Go” at all times and ensure consistently high hygiene standards in the store.
- Assist in training up new recruits as per the brand standards and requirements.
- Ensure continuous awareness of all promotions, product standards and specifications.
EXPERIENCE: Six months to one year related experience and/or training. Espresso Machine knowledge is handy.
