ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure all food safety controls are maintained and checklists are completed.
- Prepare orders for smoothies, juices, coffee, and food.
- A customer-oriented positive attitude; good customer service is essential.
- Work timeously in various positions.
- Assist management and other crew members in working together as a team.
- Ensure high personal hygiene standards are followed at all times.
- Practise “Clean as You Go” at all times and ensure consistently high hygiene standards in the store.
- Assist in training new recruits as per brand standards and requirements.
- Ensure continuous awareness of all promotions, product standards, and specifications.
EXPERIENCE
Six months to one year related experience and/or training. Kitchen experience and knowledge is preferred.
