The Corporate Account Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth management of contracts and the development of external business initiatives, maintaining efficient operations, facilitating communication, and managing administrative tasks.
The Role:
- Responding to general invoicing queries, and issuing monthly and manual invoices to corporate partners.
- Communicating with external partners to recover debt and process credit and refunds.
- Assisting in maintaining records and documentation for all corporate contracts.
- Preparing reports, analysis, and summaries for corporate partners.
- Facilitating communication between the Corporate Account Manager, external partners, and internal teams.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a business support or invoicing role.
