Virgin Active is seeking an Experience & Operations Manager to lead the club’s day-to-day operations and champion our hospitality culture to deliver exceptional member experiences.
You will manage and develop teams, ensure safety and compliance, and use member insights and commercial data to drive engagement and retention across the club. This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) within our Operations Team, with opportunities to shape guest experiences across our wellness clubs.
