We are seeking the very best Fitness Managers to lead our Club Management teams, oversee Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Teams, and deliver exceptional fitness and wellness sessions.
Role Overview- Oversee all product delivery within the club through PT, Gym Trainer, and Group Exercise functions.
- Represent Virgin Active professionally at all times, role-modeling the highest standards of behaviour.
- Foster positive, proactive relationships with team members, taking ownership of situations.
- Recruit, train, and support Personal Trainers and Group Exercise Instructors, including their development and assessments via our internal Academy.
- Organise and deliver in-club and external fitness events and experiences.
- Stay informed of industry trends and recommend strategic and tactical responses.
- Understand KPIs and targets, and promote engagement in fitness and group exercise programs.
- Fulfill Duty Shifts when required, managing staffing and facility issues during your shift.
- REPS Level 3 or CIMSPA equivalent qualification is required.
