ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following but are not limited to:

  • Preparing orders for smoothies, juices, coffee, and food.
  • Exhibiting a customer-oriented positive attitude; good customer service is essential.
  • Working timeously in various positions.
  • Assisting management and other crew members in working together as a team.
  • Following high personal hygiene standards at all times.
  • Practising “Clean as You Go” and ensuring consistently high hygiene standards in the store.
  • Assisting in training new recruits as per brand standards and requirements.
  • Maintaining continuous awareness of all promotions, product standards, and specifications.

EXPERIENCE: Six months to one year related experience and/or training. Espresso Machine knowledge is handy.
