The Mobile Maintenance Engineer plays a crucial role and is responsible for maintenance and engineering standards across all clubs within their region, ensuring consistency and excellence throughout the business. Working collaboratively with the Regional Maintenance Managers, you’ll provide operational support as needed to the club teams. You’ll be implementing corrective actions swiftly while supporting the Regional and National Maintenance Manager in the reactive support of club operations.

Experience

  • Strong engineering background with experience in pool maintenance.
  • Recognised pool plant and technical qualifications (City & Guilds/apprenticeship desirable).
  • Skilled in remote fault-finding and problem resolution.
  • Solid understanding of Health & Safety legislation and statutory compliance (including Fire Safety and L8).
  • Proven experience managing technical projects, budgets, and change.
  • Ability to balance day-to-day operations with long-term planning.
  • Excellent planning, time-management, attention to detail, and stakeholder-management skills.
