Responsibilities
- Provide customer-focused service to ensure customer excellence.
- Follow instructions from management and carry out assigned tasks.
- Maintain all food safety controls and complete checklists.
- Prepare orders for smoothies and juices, coffee, and food.
- Maintain a customer-oriented, positive attitude; high-quality customer service is essential.
- Work timeously in various positions as required.
- Assist management and other crew members in working together as a team.
- Maintain high personal hygiene standards at all times.
- Practise "Clean as You Go" to ensure consistently high hygiene standards in the store.
- Assist in training new recruits per brand standards and requirements.
- Stay continuously aware of promotions, product standards and specifications.
- Maintain a friendly, calm, and approachable nature with the ability to act quickly and effectively.
- Pay excellent attention to detail; nothing should go unnoticed.
- Act in a safe manner, complete safety checks, and record them accurately.
- Maintain confidence in keeping customer satisfaction high.
Qualifications
- Six months to one year of related experience and/or training.
- Espresso machine knowledge is handy.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to take instructions and work well in a team.
