ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following but are not limited to:
- Enthusiastic, dedicated, and driven individuals to ensure customer excellence through good service.
- Good ability to carry out instructions from management.
- Ensure all food safety controls are maintained and checklists are completed.
- Prepare orders for smoothies, juices, coffee, and food.
- Maintain a customer-oriented positive attitude; good customer service is essential.
- Work efficiently in various positions as needed.
- Assist management and other team members to work together effectively.
- Follow high personal hygiene standards at all times.
- Practice “Clean as You Go” to maintain high hygiene standards in the store.
- Assist in training new recruits according to brand standards and requirements.
- Stay continuously aware of all promotions, product standards, and specifications.
EXPERIENCE
- Six months to one year of related experience and/or training.
- Kitchen experience and knowledge is preferred.
