ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following but are not limited to:

  • Enthusiastic, dedicated, and driven individuals to ensure customer excellence through good service.
  • Good ability to carry out instructions from management.
  • Ensure all food safety controls are maintained and checklists are completed.
  • Prepare orders for smoothies, juices, coffee, and food.
  • Maintain a customer-oriented positive attitude; good customer service is essential.
  • Work efficiently in various positions as needed.
  • Assist management and other team members to work together effectively.
  • Follow high personal hygiene standards at all times.
  • Practice β€œClean as You Go” to maintain high hygiene standards in the store.
  • Assist in training new recruits according to brand standards and requirements.
  • Stay continuously aware of all promotions, product standards, and specifications.

EXPERIENCE

  • Six months to one year of related experience and/or training.
  • Kitchen experience and knowledge is preferred.
