We are looking for a Learning & Development Trainer to join our HR Department on a 12-month Fixed Term basis.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality management and leadership development programmes, facilitating engaging learning experiences both in person and virtually to meet diverse audience needs.
  • Create an inclusive and psychologically safe learning environment that encourages participation, reflection, and practical application of learning.
  • Provide 1:1 coaching and trusted advisory support to managers and leaders, embedding learning, driving behaviour change, and supporting people management challenges in line with organisational values and best practice.
  • Coordinate programme delivery, including scheduling, logistics, attendance tracking, participant communications, and maintenance of up-to-date, relevant learning materials.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with managers, L&D Business Partners, and senior leaders, providing insights and recommendations based on participant progress and development needs.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance programme effectiveness by collecting feedback, ensuring consistently high standards, and staying current with leadership development trends, tools, and best practice.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience delivering management or leadership development training, with strong facilitation and presentation skills adaptable to diverse audiences.
  • Confident in coaching individuals at different career stages, creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with experience working effectively in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, including experience evaluating training effectiveness and impact.
