Thai Boxing Camp

  • Thai Boxing fundamentals
  • Striking techniques
  • Pad work
  • Coaching one-to-one sessions
  • Coaching in a Group Exercise environment

This course will also form part of our assessment and selection process for future Combat coaches.

Intro to Group Exercise (23rd June 2026 09:00 - 17:00)

Successful candidates from the Thai Boxing Camp will be invited to attend our Intro to Group Exercise training, covering:

  • Virgin Active coaching standards
  • Group Exercise fundamentals
  • Virgin Active product delivery expectations

Product Training Courses

  • Boxing Bag Group Exercise Training: 28th & 29th July 2026 09:00 - 17:00
  • Thai Boxing Bag Group Exercise Training: 4th & 5th August 2026 09:00 - 17:00

These courses will focus on how our Boxing and Thai Boxing Bag Group Exercise classes are delivered within Virgin Active and will prepare coaches for launch.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Boxing and/or Thai Boxing coaching.
  • Level 3 Personal Training Qualification
  • Strong technical understanding of striking fundamentals.
  • Confident coaching individuals and groups.
  • Passion for fitness, coaching and member experience.
  • Availability to attend the mandatory onboarding and training pathway below.
