Responsibilities:
- Supervising and supporting children at all times.
- Ensuring the Club V environment is safe, attractive and welcoming.
- Having a friendly, calm and approachable nature, able to act quickly and effectively.
- Adhering to all company and government policies & procedures.
- Working in a team, driving inspiration and motivation for others.
- Having excellent communication skills and building relationships with parents and caretakers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in a child‑related field.
- Previous experience working with children (Health and Social Care does not cover the required qualification).
