To do this we hire highly qualified and experienced Childcare Supervisors to oversee our childcare facility within our clubs. The Childcare Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of childcare providers, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children in our care, and maintaining a positive and nurturing environment within all our clubs. Being a Virgin Active Childcare Supervisor Overseeing the daily operations of the childcare facility, ensuring that all staff members are performing their duties effectively and efficiently Managing a team, including hiring, training, and scheduling rotas Monitoring and maintaining a clean and organized facility, including classroom materials and equipment. Ensuring that the childcare facility is in compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements. You have excellent attention to detail β nothing gets by without you noticing!
