The Childcare Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of childcare providers, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children in our care, and maintaining a positive and nurturing environment within all our clubs.

Being a Virgin Active Childcare Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the daily operations of the childcare facility, ensuring that all staff members are performing their duties effectively and efficiently
- Managing a team, including hiring, training, and scheduling rotas
- Monitoring and maintaining a clean and organized facility, including classroom materials and equipment.
- Ensuring that the childcare facility is in compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements.
- You have excellent attention to detail β nothing gets by without you noticing!
- You are a great communicator, and always willing to support both staff and members, and can effectively build relationships with parents and care givers
Qualifications
- You have a minimum Level 3 qualification in a child related field, alongside previous experience working with children (please note Health and Social Care does not cover the required qualification)
