To do this, we recruit passionate Childcare Assistants who create engaging and nurturing family-focused experiences.
Childcare Assistants are responsible for the day-to-day care of our youngest members. We are looking for confident and enthusiastic role models to join us. Being a Virgin Active Childcare Assistant involves:
- Supervising and supporting children at all times, ensuring nothing goes unnoticed.
- Maintaining a safe, attractive, and welcoming environment within Club V.
- Having a friendly, calm, and approachable nature, with the ability to act quickly and effectively.
- Adhering to all company and government policies and procedures.
- Working well in a team, inspiring and motivating others.
- Having excellent communication skills and the willingness to support staff and members, building strong relationships with parents and caregivers.
Requirements include:
- A minimum Level 2/3 qualification in a child-related field, with previous experience working with children (note: Health and Social Care qualifications do not meet this requirement).
