ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following but are not limited to:
- Ensuring customer excellence through good service.
- Ability to carry out instructions from management.
- Maintaining all food safety controls and checklists.
- Preparing orders for smoothies, juices, coffee, and food.
- A customer-oriented positive attitude; good customer service is essential.
- Working timeously in various positions.
- Assisting management and other crew members in working together as a team.
- Following high personal hygiene standards at all times.
- Practising “Clean as You Go” at all times and ensuring consistently high hygiene standards in the store.
- Assisting in training new recruits as per brand standards and requirements.
- Ensuring continuous awareness of all promotions, product standards, and specifications.
EXPERIENCE: Six months to one year related experience and/or training. Espresso Machine knowledge is handy.
