Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all food safety controls are maintained and checklists are completed.
  • Prepare orders for smoothies and juices, coffee and food.
  • A customer-oriented positive attitude; good customer service is essential.
  • Work timeously in various positions.
  • Assist management and other crew members in working together as a team.
  • Ensure high personal hygiene standards are followed at all times.
  • Practise “Clean as You Go” at all times and ensure consistently high hygiene standards in the store.
  • Assist in training up new recruits as per the brand standards and requirements.
  • Ensure continuous awareness of all promotions, product standards and specifications.

Experience:

Six months to one year related experience and/or training. Kitchen experience and knowledge is preferred.
