As Applications Analyst, you will be an ambassador for our membership management system and related applications, delivering excellent support, configuration of releases and system improvements.
The Role
- Providing 3rd line support for our membership management system and related applications, including resolving support issues and customer queries.
- Configuration of our membership management system and related applications with requested business changes (this may require some out of hours support).
- Supporting the testing process for new system releases and updates.
- Documenting system issues and maintaining support documentation.
- Learning from senior team members about system functionality and business processes.
- Being a great team member, supporting your team and the wider Virgin Active team.
