Integration Engineers at both mid and senior level to join our
Digital & Technology Transformation Team.
Role Type: Permanent - Full Time
Technology is central to this evolution.
We are transforming our digital platforms and building globally scalable solutions that connect our mobile applications, internal platforms and third-party services across multiple countries.
You will design, build and support the backend services, APIs and integrations that power our digital ecosystem, using C#, .
NET and Microsoft Azure.
Working closely with Engineering Leads, Product Managers, Designers, QA and frontend engineers, you will deliver reliable, secure and scalable solutions across our internal and third-party systems.
This is a hands-on engineering role, with opportunities available at both mid and senior level.
The level of appointment will reflect your experience, technical capability and the level of ownership you are ready to take.
The Role
- Design, build and maintain backend services, APIs and integration solutions using C#, . NET and Microsoft Azure.
- Connect our mobile applications and digital products with internal platforms and third-party systems.
- Develop secure, scalable and maintainable solutions using API-led and event-driven integration patterns.
- Work with Product, QA and frontend engineers to deliver high-quality features from design through to release.
- Write clean, testable code and contribute to code reviews and engineering standards.
- Troubleshoot integration failures, production issues and performance problems.
- Improve automated testing, CI/CD, monitoring and system observability.
- Contribute to sprint planning, technical discussions and delivery estimates.
- Identify opportunities to simplify solutions, reduce technical debt and improve reliability.
At senior level, you will also
- Lead the technical delivery of complex integrations.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and engineering standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to other engineers.
- Identify technical risks and help the team make pragmatic trade-offs.
- Who We're Looking For
- Experience building backend services, APIs and system integrations using C# and . NET.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and its integration services.
- A good understanding of RESTful APIs, event-driven architecture and asynchronous messaging.
- Experience integrating internal platforms with third‑party systems.
- Knowledge of automated testing, CI/CD and modern software delivery practices.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot distributed systems and integration failures.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical colleagues.
At senior level, you will also have experience
- Owning complex integrations from technical design through to production.
- Contributing to architectural decisions and improving engineering standards.
- Providing technical guidance and support to other engineers.
Experience with Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps, Functions, Event Grid, Kafka or Rabbit MQ would be advantageous, but it is not essential.
