Role
- Oversee the day-to-day management and compliance of all Family Activities for children aged 6 weeks to 16 years, while creating a fun, lively and creative atmosphere for all members.
- Ensure the club meets statutory requirements in relation to Regulatory Bodies and work with the Club management team to always ensure compliance.
- Provide all children in your care are adequately cared for according to statutory and VA guidelines.
- Develop and oversee the running of a comprehensive programme of group and individual Swim lessons for children and adults, to also include all holiday crash course activity programming and other related pool hire activities.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of STA England\'s requirements and Virgin Active\'s best practice guidelines and always ensure compliance.
- Ensure the club is kept safe for all members through the Safeguarding Children and Vulnerable Adults policy and that all team members & HOD\'s are fully trained on the correct reporting procedures.
- Take on the responsibilities of the Duty Shift as needed, demonstrating flexibility and dedication to the needs of the business, leading by example in all aspects of club management.
