About Virelle Group

Virelle Group is a fast-growing property management business already operating successful portfolios in London and Manchester. We're now expanding into Birmingham, launching a new build development comprising 42 residential apartments and a number of commercial units.

The opportunity

This is a pivotal hire for our Birmingham launch. As Property Manager, you'll take end-to-end ownership of the development - managing both the residential apartments and commercial units from day one, building tenant and landlord relationships, and playing a central role in how we scale across the city over the next 12 months.

If you thrive in a fast-moving environment, take pride in exceptional service, and want genuine scope to grow with a business that's already proven in two major cities, this is the role for you.

What you'll be doing:

  • Onboarding and managing 42 residential apartments within a new build development, with further portfolio growth planned across Birmingham.
  • Conducting viewings and managing the full move-in process end to end, including check-in and check-out inspections.
  • Coordinating routine and scheduled maintenance with contractors, ensuring works are completed on time and to standard.
  • Managing and letting the commercial units within the development, from marketing through to lease completion and ongoing tenancy management.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with commercial tenants and relevant stakeholders.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for tenants, landlords, contractors, and internal stakeholders across both residential and commercial portfolios.
  • Producing clear management reports and supporting the wider business with property performance data.
  • Maintaining accurate records across our systems, ensuring full compliance at every stage.

What we're looking for:

  • At least 2 years of property management experience within the residential lettings sector - new build and/or commercial experience is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal English - you'll be communicating daily with a wide range of people across both portfolios.
  • Confident managing multiple priorities across residential and commercial properties simultaneously.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for property.
  • Experience with Goodlord and Fixflo is highly desirable.

What's on offer:

  • Base salary £30,000 p/a + Commission.
  • Annual leave 24 days + Bank Holidays.
  • Based in Birmingham, B5 + WFH (Hybrid).
