Virani Food Products Limited is seeking a Factory Shift Manager to lead production on designated shifts, ensuring safe, efficient manufacturing that meets daily and weekly plans. You will own production performance, people leadership and continuous improvement across the site.
You will oversee the Production plan and co-ordinate with the Warehouse lead to deliver across KPIs, while upholding housekeeping and food safety standards and maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
