Overall purpose To lead and develop the Warehouse and Hygiene teams to ensure safe, efficient, accurate and cost-effective warehousing operations that fully support production plans and exceed customer service levels.
The Warehouse Lead will own warehouse-specific systems, stock accuracy and continuous improvement initiatives, while collaborating closely with the Factory Shift Managers to deliver the overall site objectives.
Key Rules reviewing, maintaining, and issuing stocktake instructions; ensure all participants in stocktake receive the correct training.
Always ready to engage with customers and visitors regarding warehouse and dispatch operations as required.
Order supplies and manage warehouse consumables when stock runs low.
Requirements Excellent communication skills both written and verbal MHE – Reach / Counterbalance licenses required Strong degree of flexibility within a multi targeted environment Team player Management skills and be able to lead and motivate a team.
Good IT skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)
