About the Role

As a Student Placement Executive, you’ll play a key role in identifying, engaging, and supporting students seeking international internships across hotels, resorts, and hospitality brands in destinations such as France, Mauritius, Spain, New Zealand, and the United States.

You’ll work closely with educational institutions, training partners, and students to promote our internship programs, guide applicants through the placement process, and ensure a seamless journey from application to arrival.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with hospitality schools, colleges, and universities to attract qualified applicants.
• Conduct outreach, presentations, and information sessions to promote global internship opportunities.
• Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on program criteria.
• Coordinate with international partners and placement teams to match students with suitable roles.
• Provide pre-departure guidance and maintain ongoing communication with students.
• Meet monthly recruitment and placement targets while maintaining high quality standards.

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in student recruitment/ Placement, international education, HR, or hospitality placements preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Culturally aware and enthusiastic about international mobility.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
