Salary – £30,000 per annum + Company Perks. Responsibilities Develop, lead and maintain the culture and behaviours, along with the franchise values. Day-to-day management & leadership of your restaurant, supporting our teams on the frontier. Recruiting, training, coaching and developing your teams – from part time Team Members to full time Shift Leaders. Implementing and enforcing Brand Standards and company operating procedures. Managing labour scheduling to budget, to ensure efficiency and accuracy of preparation, cooking and service of products to our customers. Reviewing Shift Leaders performance and implementing development and improvement plans. Managing your restaurant’s staff, stock, customer satisfaction, audits, labour cost analysis, food cost analysis. Maximising sales and profit growth. Accurate ordering to ensure strong sales growth and waste budgets set by the company. Ensure all drivers are onboarded in line with company procedure. Leading your team to succeed in any and all audits and customer satisfaction metrics. Leading your team to ensure production principles are followed. Any other reasonable requests from the franchise Senior Leadership Team or your line manager.
