We are a well-established, boutique immigration practice, regulated by the IAA and located in a prime North-West London location. As our client base continues to grow, we are seeking experienced Immigration Consultants, Caseworkers, and Supervisors to join our expanding team and help us maintain the high standard of service we are renowned for.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience handling Points-Based System (PBS) applications, including related dependant applications, both for entry clearance and further leave to remain. Experience preparing and submitting sponsor licence applications—along with advising sponsors on compliance and managing Skilled Worker Visa cases—is highly desirable. Familiarity with Sponsor Licence Applications and the Sponsor Management System (SMS) is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing accurate advice and updates on UK immigration rules.
- Liaise with our remote team in India on all entry clearance matters.
- Advise clients on Skilled Worker Visa requirements and manage their Sponsor Management System, acting as Level 1 user where required.
- Assist clients with Sponsor Licence Applications and Compliance Requirements.
- Oversee the recruitment pipeline for migrant workers across our diverse client portfolio.
