They are seeking a Third Line IT Support Engineer to provide technical support and to help roll out a range of projects on client sites. As the Third Line IT Support Engineer, you will be the dedicated escalation point for complex IT issues, whilst helping with projects like migrations, installations and decommissioning of hardware.
Duties of the Third Line Support Engineer:

Provide exceptional IT support, acting as an escelation point for complex IT issues.

Plan and run infrastructure focused projects.
-
Act as a mentor for junior engineers.
5 + years in an IT support role, acting as an escalation point for at least 2 years.

Previous experience of end to end running of infrastructure focused projects (eg setting up MFA, cloud migrations, system installations, network upgrades ect…).

Extensive experience installing and configuring servers and network devices.

At least one industry certification (AZ-900, AZ-104, MS-900 ect..)
-
Happy to undergo a DBS check.
