My client, one of the fastest-growing technology companies in the UK, is looking to appoint an experienced Head of Recruitment on an initial 6-month contract to help support a critical phase of growth. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will be responsible not only for delivering immediate hiring needs, but also for designing and implementing the recruitment strategy that will support the company's continued expansion.

The Head of Recruitment will play a dual role within the organisation:

  • Talent Delivery
    Supporting the business in attracting, hiring, and onboarding high-quality talent across both technical and business functions.
  • Strategic Growth
    Helping define and implement scalable recruitment processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring the organisation has a clear and robust hiring strategy in place as it continues to grow.

You will work closely with senior leadership to shape hiring strategy, improve recruitment operations, and ensure the talent function is structured to support the company's ambitious growth plans.
