VIQU is working with a leading global professional services organisation to recruit a Service Desk Analyst to join their IT Service Desk function. This Service Desk role will focus on delivering hands-on technical support, incident resolution, and service request fulfilment within a complex enterprise environment, ensuring high-quality IT service delivery across multiple locations.
You will support day-to-day Service Desk operations, including troubleshooting, user support, device management, and remote working solutions, while contributing to service improvement and IT transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities of the Service Desk Analyst role:- Provide first and second-line IT support across hardware, software, and service requests within the Service Desk
- Deliver support via phone, email, remote tools, and floor-walking as part of a rota
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, escalating in line with Service Desk ITIL processes
- Support onboarding/offboarding, including setup and deployment of user equipment
- Manage laptops, mobile devices, and remote working tools
- Assist with AV/VC support and general workplace technology issues
- Maintain accurate user administration and support hardware life cycle management
- Contribute to Service Desk improvements and IT projects
- Experience in an IT Service Desk or IT Support role
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and common workplace technologies
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
