Fortinet Network Security Engineer Permanent Remote/UK Travel Are you an experienced Fortinet Network Security Engineer looking to join a rapidly growing consultancy delivering complex infrastructure and security projects?
This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside highly experienced engineers, leading the design, implementation and support of enterprise-grade Fortinet environments for a diverse client base, including secure and highly regulated organisations.
As a Fortinet Network Security Engineer, you'll work on a mixture of remote and customer-site projects, taking ownership of solutions from design through to delivery while influencing technical decisions and supporting continuous improvement.
Key
Responsibilities: Design, deploy, configure and support Forti Gate Firewalls across complex customer environments.
Implement and maintain Firewall policies, security profiles, VPNs (IPSec and SSL), SD-WAN and High Availability (HA) solutions.
Manage and support the wider Fortinet ecosystem, including Forti Analyzer, Forti Manager, Forti Client EMS and Forti Switch/Forti AP where required.
Perform Firewall reviews, optimisation and security hardening following best practice.
Monitor security events, investigate incidents and support root cause analysis.
