We place Forward Deployed Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, Founding Engineers and senior technical talent across the US, UK and Europe. Our clients are AI-native startups, boutique consultancies and frontier tech businesses.

The role involves owning the candidate side of the process from end to end. This means sourcing, headhunting, screening and managing candidates through the recruitment life cycle, working closely with our recruitment consultants who handle the client relationships. You may take on some light account management as you develop, but your focus is candidate excellence.

You will be on the phones every day, building relationships with some of the most sought-after technical talent in the market. It’s a fast-paced environment and no two days are the same.
