You will bring proven experience in the following areas: Around three years' experience leading performance testing with JMeterAzure / Cloud (ADF would be useful but not essential)OAT and Functional Test Automation – tools such as Selenium, Playright, Cucumber in an Agile environmentOwn the Performance Test Engineering for a number of core critical appsPerformance Tested end to end architecture using Gatling, Jenkins, CI/CD, Grafana, PrometheusPerformance analysis to identify bottlenecks Develope non-functional requirements (NFRs)Drive efficiency through platform performance engineering Showcase skills to junior team members You will design and execute performance, load and stress tests using JMeter, LoadRunner or Gatling, ensuring that testing aligns with the performance strategy and agreed non-functional requirements. Working closely with technical teams to troubleshoot issues, monitor systems with Grafana and Splunk, and use diagnostics tools such as New Relic and Dynatrace.
