Technical Trainer / Technical Specialist (Fredhopper) – 6 Months’ Initial Contract – Inside IR35 – Fully Remote A Global eCommerce organisation is seeking a Technical Trainer / Technical Specialist to join their team during an exciting period of change and modernisation, involving the increased adoption of Fredhopper across the business. The role: The successful Technical Trainer / Technical Specialist will focus specifically on Attraqt’s Fredhopper E-Merchandising tool, with the aim of optimising product search filters, and merchandising strategies across the organisation. Key responsibilities: Training & Onboarding: Deliver engaging virtual and in-person training for Fredhopper, including the development of training materials to support user learning and providing onboarding support for new users. Strategic support: Act as a primary point of contact for Fredhopper related queries, providing post launch training and ongoing support. Documentation: Create best practise playbooks for Fredhopper adoption across the region, as well as maintain training records and reporting. Key skills and experience: Strong experience with Attraqt Fredhopper and other E-Commerce technologies, including PIM systems, CMS, analytics platforms Strong knowledge of E-Commerce search optimisation, product ranking, and merchandising rules. Solid experience training non-technical users on digital tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
