They're seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join their technical team, working to support over 450 members of staff.
Key Responsibilities of the Infrastructure Engineer:
- Support the delivery of IT infrastructure and transformation projects.
- Collaborate with the wider IT team to implement technical solutions.
- Work to agreed timescales, prioritising tasks effectively.
- Assist in improving IT systems, processes, and standards.
- Provide technical support across engineering and support teams.
- Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Key Requirements of the Infrastructure Engineer:
- Proficient with Microsoft technologies including Windows Server, SharePoint, Office 365 and Windows 11.
- Experience with VMware and virtualisation platforms.
- Hands-on with Dell hardware and Apple devices.
- Knowledge of security tools including Sophos, FortiGate firewalls, and VPNs.
- Expertise with Veeam Backup & Recovery.
- Experience with HP network switches.
- ITIL Foundation knowledge.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
