Morela is partnering with a leading Partner to deliver an Asset and Configuration Management implementation, and we are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Consultant to lead the charge. With the CMDB project now gaining momentum, this is a key role in driving successful delivery and ensuring alignment across people, processes, and technology.
Duration: 6 months initially
Rate: £550/day (Outside IR35)
Location: Remote, with 2 days/week in Leeds preferred
The Role: This position has two key components:
- CMDB Implementation Specialist
- You will take the lead on implementing a CMDB within the Service Management tool. This includes:
- Leading the project delivery end-to-end
- Gathering requirements and aligning with business needs
- Developing a compelling business case for senior leadership
- Managing stakeholders and coordinating multiple teams
- Driving the technical implementation through to completion
- Asset & Configuration Management Leadership
- Oversee the broader implementation of Asset & Configuration Management processes, ensuring alignment with:
- DORA
- Security
- Change & Incident Management
- Business Continuity
You will bring:
- Proven experience delivering ServiceNow CMDB implementations
- Strong project leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- A structured, outcome-driven approach
- A deep understanding of service management processes and tooling
