Service Transition Specialist – 3 months – Part-time (2/3 days a week) – Remote As a Service Transition Specialist, you will be stepping into a varied and challenging role, taking over some key responsibilities from a recently retired colleague. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service design, transition, and governance processes for our projects. You would focus will be on ensuring the successful planning and execution of the SAP migration, but your role will also extend to supporting other initiatives aimed at enhancing their IT service delivery. The Service Transition Specialist would be required to work 2/3 days in a week. This can be done remotely. Key Responsibilities Service Design & Transition: Develop and implement service design and transition plans to ensure smooth project rollouts. Governance: Establish and maintain governance frameworks to ensure service compliance and quality assurance. SAP Migration Support: Collaborate with stakeholders to manage the service impact of our SAP migration. This would be beneficial experience. Collaboration: Work closely with IT, business units, and external partners to coordinate service transitions effectively. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize service delivery processes and drive best practices. Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects with a focus on IT service delivery Strong understanding of ITIL processes or equivalent frameworks. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. The Service Transition Specialist is required to work remote for the duration of the 3-month contract.
