b Overview /b p In this role you will lead non-functional testing to ensure robust, scalable systems across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments. You will partner with technical teams to shape performance strategy and drive improvements while leveraging modern tooling. Expect hands-on design and execution of performance, load, and stress tests, with a clear impact on system reliability and deployment success. Your SC clearance and testing expertise will help safeguard high-stakes environments while guiding CI/CD integration and diagnostics. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Lead performance testing strategy and execution using JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling /li li Design and run performance, load, and stress tests aligned with non-functional requirements /li li Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot issues and monitor systems (Grafana, Splunk) /li li Utilize diagnostics tools (New Relic, Dynatrace) to identify and fix bottlenecks /li li Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines to improve release reliability /li li Drive improvements for robust, scalable systems across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Approximately 3 years of experience leading performance testing with JMeter /li li Experience with Azure/Cloud environments (ADF useful but not essential) /li li OAT and Functional Test Automation using Selenium, Playwright, Cucumber in Agile /li li Ability to design and execute performance tests and align them with strategy and requirements /li li SC clearance (current or eligible) /li /ul ul li collaboration /li li problem-solving /li li communication in cross-functional teams /li li JMeter /li li LoadRunner /li li Gatling /li /ul
