SC Cleared Non-Functional Test Lead

b Overview /b p In this role you will lead non-functional testing efforts to ensure robust, scalable systems across cloud, hybrid, and on‑prem environments. You’ll partner with engineering and operations to shape performance strategy, design and execute load, stress, and performance tests, and drive improvements through CI/CD integration. With SC clearance, you will leverage industry-standard tools to diagnose issues, monitor systems, and ensure alignment with non-functional requirements. This is a hands-on leadership position in a fast-paced, Agile context that values security and reliability. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Lead performance testing campaigns using JMeter and other load-testing tools /li li Design and execute performance, load, and stress tests aligned with strategy and non‑functional requirements /li li Troubleshoot issues with technical teams and monitor systems using Grafana and Splunk /li li Use diagnostics tools such as New Relic and Dynatrace for performance insights /li li Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and drive improvements for cloud, hybrid, and on‑prem environments /li li Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure robust and scalable systems /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li SC clearance /li li Around three years’ experience leading performance testing with JMeter /li li Azure / Cloud experience (ADF useful but not essential) /li li OAT and Functional Test Automation using Selenium, Playwright, Cucumber in Agile /li li Experience designing and executing performance testing with JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling /li li Experience monitoring with Grafana and Splunk and using New Relic, Dynatrace /li /ul ul li Collaborative /li li Problem-solving /li li Adaptable in Agile environments /li li JMeter /li li LoadRunner /li li Gatling /li /ul
