The predicted salary is between 55000 - 65000 £ per year.

The Consultant will act as Product Owner for SailPoint, managing the product's backlog, including seeking stakeholder input on priority, and contribute to regular events - including sprint and quarterly planning.

Key tasks to include:

  • Progress the design of some (already prioritised) items - including working with Business Analysts to analyse requirements and turn them into business designs
  • Analysis of the future backlog - discussing requirements with stakeholders and adding tickets to Jira as required
  • Preparing for and delivering regular forums - (quarterly and sprint planning)
  • Determining release scope - in line with priorities discussed and agreed.
  • Managing release documentation and ensuring changes meet acceptance criteria

Skills & Experience

  • Strong background in product ownership, business analysis or related topic
  • Experience working with a team to prioritise and deliver a backlog
  • Ability to seek and analyse stakeholder feedback to inform prioritisation
  • Experience turning stakeholder feedback into business designs and requirements
  • Experience in SailPoint is beneficial but not essential
  • Experience using Jira and Confluence is beneficial
