VIQU are partnering with a leading organisation that are looking to recruit an IT Support Engineer. This is a hands-on role within a small IT team, supporting the company’s systems, infrastructure, and IT projects. You will manage day-to-day IT operations, deliver technical solutions, and contribute to improvements across the business.
Key Responsibilities of the IT Support Engineer:
- Provide IT support across a range of systems and applications, handling tickets and resolving issues efficiently.
- Manage user accounts, system access, and setups in Entra ID and M365.
- Support Windows 11, Intune, server administration, and VMware environments.
