We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of multiple technology projects and work directly with demanding enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager Lead a portfolio of 10–15 concurrent customer projects from initiation through to completion.
Take ownership of project delivery, ensuring milestones, dependencies and customer expectations remain on track.
Act as a senior point of contact for enterprise customers throughout project delivery.
Identify delivery risks, issues and dependencies and drive appropriate resolution.
Key Requirements of the Project Manager Proven Project Manager experience within an IT environment.
Previous experience working for a Managed Services Provider, MSP or similar service-led technology organisation.
Track record of successfully managing a high volume of concurrent projects.
Demonstrable experience delivering technology implementations with technical teams.
Strong understanding of how project delivery interacts with wider IT service and operational functions.
