Project Coordinator

IT Project Coordinator – 6 month contract – Hybrid

An experienced IT Project Coordinator is needed to join a fast-paced installations team operating across the UK for my customer. The chosen candidate will be coordinating deliveries, refits and installations within multiple depots throughout the UK while also being a point of contact for BAU queries.

IT Project Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Supporting IT deliveries in sites across the UK.
• Management of purchase orders and Stock (IT).
• Co-ordination of incidents that would be supported by the installation functions.
• Communicating with external suppliers and IT Teams.

IT Project Coordinator Key Skills/Experience:

• Prior experience in an IT Project coordination role.
• Fully versed in management of PO’s and IT Hardware/stock provision.
• Proven experience liaising and managing multiple suppliers.
• Experience working with ITSM/ticketing systems to manage requests, incidents and small BAU changes.
• Proactive, self-starter that is highly organised and enjoys a fast-paced environment.

This IT Project Coordinator will be 4 days onsite.
