SC Cleared Senior Test Manager - London - Hybrid 2 days per week - Inside IR35
For this opportunity the SC Cleared Senior Test / Lead Manager is responsible for the strategic delivery and success of the delivery test portfolio,
My client a leading finance house seek to recruit a seasoned SC Cleared Senior Test Manager, within this role you will be responsible for the end to end implementation of a test solution.
Key Skills
- Defining Test Strategies \ Test deliverables for all work packages
- Business case preparation and presentation delivering through the approval process
- Review and sign off of Level Test Plans
- Integrating testing into the stages of the Delivery Framework and software development life cycle test strategies and plans
- Workforce forecasting with dept leads
- Securing and applying a strategic deployment of resource needs
- Working with the Test Enablement Manager to ensure that there are clear requirements in line testing environments and test data management
- Educate Business users on the nature and impact of testing across their portfolio / programme
- Working with the Business to secure appropriate resources for UAT across their portfolio / programme
- Ensuring that defects are managed in line with process to include triage and fault resolution
Essential Skills
- Experience of stoftware testing covering complete lifecycle (iterative/agile/waterfall)
- Previous experience of running both functional and non functional projects (end to end)
- Creating and delivering test strategies
- Resource planning against simultaneous projects
- Experience of automated tools such as Soatest, Karate, Eggplant
- Experience of Functional tools such as Selenium, Silk Test
