They are looking for an experienced Professional Services Engineer to join their Projects and Professional Services team, delivering and implementing enterprise backup and data protection solutions for customers from initial design through to completion.This is not a BAU backup administration role.
They need someone with several years of hands-on deployment and implementation experience who is comfortable taking ownership of customer-facing technical projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead technical delivery across SMB and enterprise customer projectsDeploy and implement enterprise backup and data protection solutionsWork with customers to implement agreed solution designsTroubleshoot complex technical issues during implementationsManage escalations with vendor support and engineering teamsProduce HLDs, LLDs, as-built documentation and other technical documentationAct as a technical point of escalation internally and externallySupport
