Viqu Limited in London is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer with a strong Mac focus to join our client's IT team on an initial 3-month contract starting ASAP.
You will provide day-to-day desktop support to around 150 users in a predominantly Apple environment, handling Mac/mac OS issues, provisioning hardware, onboarding and offboarding, and managing tickets with a friendly, professional touch.
Occasional Windows support and VIP user assistance may also be required.
