They are seeking a Data Transformation Manager to lead large-scale data initiatives, support the Enterprise Data Platform, and ensure data transformation delivers measurable business value. The role will work closely with business, IT, and data stakeholders to drive successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities of the Data Transformation Manager:
- Own and deliver the data transformation roadmap, aligned to business objectives and value
- Lead large-scale data transformation projects from planning through to delivery
- Support implementation and adoption of the Enterprise Data Platform
- Work with business, IT, and data teams to define requirements and deliverables
- Track value delivered through data and AI initiatives
- Manage project risks, resources, budgets, and milestones
- Drive change management and adoption of new data capabilities
- Ensure strong data governance, quality, and compliance standards
Key Experience Required of the Data Transformation Manager:
- Proven experience managing large-scale data transformation programmes
