Overview
In this role you will drive practical AI adoption across a UK consultancy, turning opportunities into deliverable solutions. You will bridge business and technical teams, leading discovery to deployment of AI-enabled automations that create measurable value. You’ll own the use-case pipeline, collaborate with delivery partners, and report progress to leadership. This position sits at the intersection of business impact and technology, shaping how AI accelerates decisions and outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritise AI use cases based on value, feasibility, and risk
- Run discovery workshops with business teams to capture processes and desired outcomes
- Translate opportunities into delivery-ready use cases
- Own the AI use case pipeline from discovery to deployment
- Partner with technical teams and external AI delivery partners
- Support design, build, testing and rollout of AI automation solutions
- Define and track value delivered by use cases
- Report AI delivery progress to leadership
Key requirements
- Strong understanding of AI models, generative AI and automation
- Knowledge of applying AI technologies in a business environment
- Experience identifying high-value AI or automation opportunities
- Strong requirements gathering and process mapping experience
- Experience translating business needs into delivery-ready use cases
- Experience working with technology teams, delivery partners or vendors
- Strong business and technical stakeholder engagement skills
- AI/ML, business analysis or change management certifications are advantageous but not essential
